Campus Safety Enhancements
University Initiatives & Policy is partnering with the Office of Public Safety and other key collaborators to improve campus safety for all students, employees, and visitors.
Flexible Work Initiative
University Initiatives & Policy, Human Resources, and Staff Council teamed up to launch the Flexible Work Initiative, which included campus-wide surveys of staff and supervisors, a summer pilot program, focus groups, and the development of flexible work guidelines and resources.
Parental Leave Expansion
In support of the University’s commitment to being a family-friendly place to work, learn, and grow, University Initiatives & Policy collaborated with Human Resources, a Parental Leave Working Group, and the Graduate College to expand parental leave for employees and graduate assistants.
