Ari Montes is a double graduate from the University of Arizona, earning both a bachelor's degree in political science and a Master of Public Administration. She first began working at the University in 2019 for the Fostering Success program, and then joined University Initiatives & Policy in January 2023. 

Ari is excited to continue contributing to the University's goals, and hopes to serve the Tucson and university community as well as they have served her.
