Danielle Oxnam, MTS

Danielle Oxnam is a University of Arizona alum and a native Tucsonan. After receiving her masters in theology from Vanderbilt University, she returned to Tucson and started working for the University in 2019. She started in the Compliance Office supporting a university-wide compliance review, managing the anonymous Ethics & Compliance Hotline, and coordinating the university policy process.

Since joining University Initiatives & Policy in late 2019, Danielle has assisted with several campus-wide projects including the COVID-19 response, the Flexible Work Initiative, Campus Safety improvements, the Beyond Juneteenth Initiative, and several initiatives that aim to make the university a more family-friendly employer. Danielle is passionate about using her role to improve the lives of employees and students and also serves as the Secretary of UArizona Staff Council. She enjoys spending time working on house projects and getting outdoors as much as possible.
