Flexible Work: Summer Pilot

Flexible Work: Summer Pilot 2022

University Initiatives & Policy and Human Resources conducted a summer pilot of select units across campus who tried new methods of flexibility. At the program conclusion, pilot participants were invited to share their experiences in focus groups so that the University can inform a strategic, data-driven approach to flexible work that is equitable and responsive to the unique needs of units across campus.

Whether your unit is already offering flexible work or are new to the process, we encourage you to explore additional flexible options.
